By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Rise Fight Gear, and no order shall be considered accepted until we have confirmed it by email. Payment must be successfully received and processed before an order is accepted and dispatched. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or amendment requests once an order has been confirmed. If we are unable to accept, modify or fulfil your order, we will notify you using the email address, billing address or telephone number provided at the time the order was placed. All delivery times provided by Rise Fight Gear are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, the risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Rise Fight Gear is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made through our online store are entered into directly with Rise Fight Gear. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and Rise Fight Gear, including any injury, damage or loss arising from products or services purchased through our store. You further acknowledge and agree that any claims relating to your purchases must be directed to Rise Fight Gear and not to Shopify.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time where we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. Any outstanding payment obligations incurred prior to termination shall remain payable.
The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Governing Law, Privacy Policy and any other provisions which by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain in full force and effect following the termination of these Terms.

These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rise Fight Gear regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, communications and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
Any ambiguity in the interpretation of these Terms shall not be interpreted against either party solely because one party drafted them.
